Our commercial background has seen our operatives complete joinery and maintenance contracts on office blocks, warehouse projects, industrial works, schools, colleges, universities, stores and bars etc.

 

Some of the projects include the full first, second and third fix joinery contract to over 10 office and warehouse units on Matrix business park, in Leyland. We carried out the soft demolition contract and first, second and third fix joinery contract to the Edge Hill College student information centre renovation, in Ormskirk. We have carried out numerous works on various Primary Schools. Our work has taken us to Preston North End Football ground and the National Football Museum on a maintenance contract basis. We also carried out maintenance work on the fire doors at the club liaising with the fire officers.

 

We can provide full Health and Safety working method statements and risk assessments and our public liability and employers liability insurance documents. All of our operatives are DBS checked and have current CSCS cards.
